Welcome to Kaito Estates, the digital real estate platform of Kaito Construction Limited. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Kaito Estates application and related services. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Kaito Estates connects property owners, agents, landlords, tenants, investors, and developers through a digital platform. Our goal is to simplify and modernize real estate transactions and property management across Uganda and, over time, East Africa.
You may browse publicly available listings as a guest. Some features, including inquiries, saved properties, messaging, or other account services, may require registration. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly update information that changes.
Listings may include information supplied or verified by Kaito Estates, property owners, agents, landlords, developers, or other authorized stakeholders. We work to promote accurate and verified listings, but availability, pricing, specifications, images, and descriptions can change and should be independently confirmed before you make a decision.
Kaito Estates is a digital platform and does not replace your responsibility to inspect, verify, and properly document a transaction. Before paying money or signing an agreement, confirm the property, ownership or authority to transact, terms, fees, and the identity of the relevant parties. Where payments, bookings, deposits, or rent services are introduced, they will be subject to the terms displayed for that service.
Kaito Estates may provide or introduce tools for tenant management, rent collection, maintenance tracking, reporting, and property administration. The availability and scope of each service may vary by location, account type, and product release.
You agree not to submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person, misuse another user's data, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, spam or harass others, facilitate fraud, or use Kaito Estates for unlawful activity. We may restrict or suspend access where these terms are breached.
Any listing fees, commissions, booking fees, deposits, rent payments, cashback, affiliate rewards, or other charges will be disclosed in the relevant service terms. Kaito Estates will not treat a listing or displayed price as a guarantee that a transaction will be completed on those terms.
The Kaito Estates name, branding, application, design, content, and technology are owned by or licensed to Kaito Construction Limited. You may use the platform for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit its content or technology without permission.
The platform is provided to help users discover and communicate about real estate opportunities. To the extent permitted by law, Kaito Estates does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, the completeness of listings, or the outcome of a transaction. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these terms as the platform and services develop. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
